By installing, configuring, or using LusoInvoice, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Description
LusoInvoice is a Stripe app that helps issue Portuguese invoices through InvoiceXpress, including manual and automatic synchronization workflows.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
To use the service, you must have valid accounts and credentials in Stripe and InvoiceXpress, and legal authority to act on behalf of your organization.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of configuration, customer data, tax settings, and document parameters used when issuing invoices.
5. Tax and Regulatory Compliance
LusoInvoice provides technical automation and does not replace legal, tax, or accounting advice. You remain solely responsible for legal compliance, tax treatment, and document validation.
6. Third-Party Services
LusoInvoice depends on external services, including Stripe, InvoiceXpress, and Supabase. Their availability, limits, and terms may affect functionality.
7. Pricing
LusoInvoice is currently free during beta. Future pricing, if introduced, will be communicated in advance.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, reliability, and compliance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LusoInvoice is provided "as is" without warranties. Além do Código, Lda is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from use of the service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, legal requirements, or security risks. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting the app.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Unless otherwise required by law, disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal.
