Convert Stripe payments into InvoiceXpress invoices with a single click. Supports invoices, invoice-receipts, and simplified invoices. Taxes (VAT) are automatically extracted from Stripe and applied correctly, including tax-inclusive pricing and graduated pricing tiers.

Auto-sync via webhook

Enable automatic synchronization to create InvoiceXpress invoices whenever a payment is completed in Stripe. No manual intervention is needed: the system checks whether the payment has already been synced and prevents duplicate documents automatically.

Smart customer linking

Link Stripe customers to InvoiceXpress customers with auto-discovery by name and code. The system suggests matches automatically, simplifying customer management across both platforms.
